Senior Project Manager – Data Centres – Sweden

We are currently partnering with an international construction company with operations in Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Their impressive and ever-growing portfolio includes commercial, fit-out, data centres, biopharma, industrial warehousing, retail, residential, healthcare, conservation and education projects. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Vasteras, Sweden.

Responsibilities

•    Project Leadership & Package Integration
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both MEP and CSA packages, ensuring all works are aligned with the master construction schedule, quality benchmarks, and client specifications.
•    Subcontractor & Interface Management
Oversee and manage subcontractors across all trades, resolving interface issues between disciplines and ensuring efficient collaboration and sequencing of works on-site.
•    Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status, risk mitigation strategies, and key decision points.
•    Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing strict compliance with HSE regulations, Swedish building codes, and international best practices across all site activities.
•    Cost Control & Change Management
Work closely with commercial and planning teams to monitor budgets, manage variations, and ensure timely reporting of cost impacts and mitigation plans.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Must have minimum 8+ years’ experience on Data Centres large-scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

Benefits

€110,000 - €120,000 + Full Rotational Package
